Mind-blowing studio with a jaw-dropping view, cool bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Cozy lobby and coffee area with a super vibe. Very close to the ski gondola and easy to reach by public transportation. EXCELLENT vegetarian cuisine in the in-house restaurant. Fun extra activities like night sledging and fondue. Open, friendly, and multilingual staff. A great getaway for a ski trip and birthday celebration!

Good clean rooms and stylish hotel

The rooms are really for groups and it wasn't made clear to me when I booked that the 'double room' i was booking for myself was actually a room for four (with four single beds). It was also very noisy at night as it has the main nightclub in Laax and a busy bar. Also the hotel normally includes a lift pass in the price but this wasn't included with my booking! (And I wasn't given the option to include it!)

The design of the hotel was really trendy and modern, which gave it a unique vibe. I also appreciated the zero-waste policy they had in place, it was a great initiative. The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing or snowboarding, with easy access to the mountain lifts. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The lack of air conditioning was a downside, especially during hot summer days. The rooms facing west tended to get quite warm due to the large windows, and it was difficult to cool down as the windows couldn't be opened fully.

I really got great value for my money at Riders Hotel in Laax. The room was modern, sleek, and oh-so-comfy, making me feel like I was staying in a high-end boutique hotel. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the main gondola, making it super convenient for hitting the slopes. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay.

Breakfast option could have been a little more diverse, but still had plenty of delicious choices.

The rooms were contemporary and nice styled with huge glass windows and the beds were extremely comfy. The hotel had a particularly good location right next to Laax Ski Resort.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right at the ski lift with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were cozy and had a great view of the trees. The beds and pillows were super comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And let me tell you, the breakfast here is amazing! They serve the best flat white coffee. this hotel offers great value for money and pays attention to every detail.

Location: the hotel was short walk to Freestyle Academy and Lift as well as tons of restaurants to choose from. Had nice dainties at Piazza - Cafedeli, located next to the property.

This hotel has a great location for those who want to be close to the ski slopes. You can easily walk to the lifts and the mountain from the hotel. it's conveniently located near many restaurants for a variety of dining options. The rooms are kept very clean and the staff are friendly. The beds are comfy and the shared facilities are well-equipped for ski and snowboarders.

There is no microwave or small refrigerator available to prepare your food, which can be an inconvenience for some travelers.
